
Pastor Otis Lockett, Jr. serves as Pastor of Zion Place Ministries in Greensboro, North Carolina and the college pastor at Evangel Fellowship Church under the leadership of Bishop Otis Lockett, Sr.
Pastor Otis Lockett, Jr. graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) with dual B.A. degrees in Psychology and African-American Studies in December 2007. During his time at UNCG, he founded an outreach for college students called Youth Taking Charge (YTC) that still exists on a weekly basis impacting the lives of students on that campus and surrounding campuses. Pastor Otis Lockett, Jr. earned a MA in African-American Literature and English in 2010.
In 2008, Pastor Otis Lockett, Jr. received an appointment as the Jurisdictional Youth President for the NC 2nd Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction under the leadership of Bishop C.E. Anderson, Sr. Pastor Otis Lockett, Jr. was also appointed by the C.O.G.I.C. International Youth Department as the Campus Ministries Commission Coordinator in 2009.
